Next batch
Small-batch care · honest by design
A botanical styling clay for fine and thinning hair, made for natural texture and flexible hold—not miracle claims.
Made by hand. Priced to sustain the work. Anything more is a gift.
Batch 001 · working COGS
20 tins · 50 g each · prototype sourcing
Prototype estimate before payment processing. Maker labor is included on purpose: enough to make each batch well without taking the hours that belong to family. Real costs will be published before every release.
What goes in, why it is there, what changed, and what it really costs.
The price sustains careful work and family time—not endless growth.
Small releases leave room to listen, learn, and earn trust slowly.
A living formula
Batch 001 formula
The first batch blended botanical oils with wax, clay, and powder. Every tester note helps shape what comes next; nothing is dressed up as finished before it is.
Working percentages drift slightly to reflect the R&D phase—not a live change to the formula.
Why Maintaim exists
Maintaim began with Braden's receding hairline and an honest question: why did every bottle ask for trust while revealing so little? So he made a batch, shared it with people he knew, and published the numbers.
This is also an experiment in enough: charge honestly for materials and labor, stay present as a husband and new father, and let gratitude remain a gift—not a lever.
